Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ratsional ovqatlanish asoslari, uning inson salomatligi va sog‘lom turmush tarzidagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. Ratsional ovqatlanish tamoyillari sifatida energiya balansi, oqsillar, yog‘lar va uglevodlarning to‘g‘ri nisbati, muntazam ovqatlanish rejimi, mahsulotlar xilma-xilligi hamda suv iste’molining yetarliligi tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, jismoniy faollik, ovqatlanish psixologiyasi, individual ehtiyojlar haqida ma’lumot berilgan.
