Abstract

Mazkur maqolada stressning talabalar kognitiv faoliyatiga ta’siri psixologik jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Stressning diqqat, xotira, tafakkur va qaror qabul qilish jarayonlariga salbiy ta’siri ilmiy tadqiqotlar asosida yoritilgan. Shuningdek, stressni boshqarish usullari hamda oliy ta’lim muassasalarida psixologik qo‘llab-quvvatlashning ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqilgan.
